Is change fatigue hitting your organization? 📉 According to recent data, the average employee now experiences over 10 planned changes a year, and their willingness to support those changes has plummeted. We are excited to share Britt Andreatta, PhD latest feature in Australian Institute of Training & Development - AITD’s Training & Development Magazine. She discusses the brain science of resistance and what talent leaders must do differently to succeed in 2026. ➡️ Key takeaway: When we understand the biology of change, we can build better training that fosters trust instead of burnout. We are looking forward to discussing these strategies further as Britt is the keynote speaker at AITD 2026 in Brisbane!. #FutureOfWork #LearningAndDevelopment #Neuroscience #BrittAndreatta

When the internet was born, no one could have fathomed just how big it would actually become. We may be on the precipice of something similar with AI—and this time around, more companies are locking in. Research from McKinsey & Company shows 92% plan to increase investment over the next three years. But only 1% of leaders say their organizations are truly “mature” in AI deployment. This report explores how companies can move from experimentation to real competitive advantage— and why thinking too small could be the biggest risk of all. Check it out for guidance on setting your teams up for success with AI. https://lnkd.in/e4NQpaSW

HR is at a crossroads. A new survey shows a growing gap between what organizations need from HR and what most teams actually deliver on. While improving employee experience is seen as HR’s top priority, 36% of employees across Europe and the U.S. say they’re not satisfied with their current employer. And many HR departments still aren’t tapping into the full potential of tools like generative AI—missing real opportunities to work smarter. This new report breaks down 5 trends every HR leader should know in order to close the gap between business expectations, employee needs, and HR delivery. https://lnkd.in/e23rZPBu

66% of U.S. employees report experiencing burnout. And only 21% believe their organization truly cares about their wellbeing. For too long, workplace wellness has focused on surface-level solutions when in reality, it requires a brain-based, scientific approach. Dr. Britt Andreatta, PhD shares these solutions in her latest article for HR Daily Advisor. Supporting sustainable self-care, embedding practical mindfulness into the workday, and intentionally creating space for play, will restore people’s creativity and resilience When organizations take brain science seriously, the impact will be felt by everyone. https://lnkd.in/eS5BYRqn

How do we define consciousness? Where does it come from? For decades, neuroscientists thought it best to leave questions like this to the religious and the philosophers—but the rise of technology imitating consciousness have now made this question all the more urgent. There are dozens of competing theories. Brain scans and lab experiments surface debates about whether consciousness is a “workspace,” a higher-order thought, or something even stranger. Consciousness affects how we treat brain injuries, how anesthetics work, how we think about animals—and increasingly now, how we think about the intelligent machines we’re building. As AI advances alongside brain science, these questions feel less abstract and more essential to understand. https://lnkd.in/dRwcMCZw

Before teams can innovate, challenge ideas, or develop, they need to feel safe. But safety doesn’t mean comfortable or conflict-free or lowered standards. Psychological safety means creating an environment where people can take risks without fear of humiliation or retaliation. It’s the intersection where accountability and humanity coexist. Below are some of the core values psychological safety rests upon. Which of these ideas are already alive in your organization?
