Josh joins the Real Estate Practice Group with experience in acquisitions, development, and financing of complex commercial projects. He comes to Bradley from Hatteras Sky, where he served as general counsel and supported hospitality and multifamily developments nationwide, working across the full project lifecycle from early diligence through construction, operations, and financing. He also brings nearly a decade of private practice experience focused on complex commercial litigation, adding a practical, solutions-oriented perspective to his real estate work.
