Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, and while diners across the country have their eyes on a cozy table for two, data shows they’re also embracing the holiday as an opportunity to celebrate platonic love. And when guests are feeling the love, our restaurant partners do, too. Here are a few of our key findings that have shaped our strategy to drive more demand for great dining this year. 💘 Led by Gen Z, 57% of Americans believe Valentine’s Day is no longer just for romantic relationships. 💘 55% of Americans say sharing similar culinary preferences with their partner is important. 💘 24% of Valentine’s Day reservations were made within 48 hours, and 14% within 24 hours. Diners also set more “Notify Me” alerts for Valentine’s Day in 2025 than for any other holiday.
