📣 Now Open: Major Statewide Network Services Solicitation The Maryland Office of State Procurement is pleased to share that a significant Statewide Master Contract Request-for-Proposals posted on January 7, 2026 and will remain open through March 16, 2026. This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to support Maryland’s IT infrastructure through a wide range of network-related services. It is a multiple-award RFP, with up to 27 total contract awards across four Functional Areas: ⏩ Network Operations ⏩ Outside Plant & Inside Plant Implementation ⏩ Fiber Locating Services ⏩ Staff Augmentation 🤝 Commitment to Inclusion Subcontracting goals are established by Functional Area to reflect real opportunities and availability, while achieving an overall contract goal of 30% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 3% Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) participation across all four areas.
