The entire BizarreBeasts universe originally started with ink and paint on paper and canvas. Four Eyed Brute is one of my original BizarreBeasts paintings: hand-drawn, hand-painted, and fully BIZARRE. This is a look at the mixed media creation process for this piece using acrylic paint, oil sticks, spray paint, and paint markers all layered on canvas.

Recently, I went all-in on becoming a full-time, onchain entrepreneur, building BizarreBeasts from hand-drawn illustrations in my sketchbook into a full-scale streaming animation series for DCP+ this year. I just published the BizarreBeasts: DCP Impact Report on Paragraph. The report documents how Decentralized Pictures Foundation has accelerated the business's trajectory and serves as a proof-of-concept for a new model of independent entertainment: 🎨 Artist-Led: Hand-illustrated characters meeting high-end animation. 💻 Custom-Built Teach: I’ve written 60,000+ lines of code to build a proprietary BizarreBeasts production pipeline. ⏱️ Velocity: 1,500+ production hours logged since January. 🏛️ Physical Growth: Relocating our studio to Bentonville, AR, this summer to scale our real-world presence. 🚀 MILESTONE: Dropping the first BizarreBeasts series teaser this Tuesday, May 12th at 11:00 AM EST.
