What started as one neighborhood restaurant grew into something more, a hospitality group rooted in community, connection, and care. Today, Ryan O’Donnell and Jon Farrer lead Ballyhoo with a shared vision: thoughtful growth, real hospitality, and giving back to the neighborhoods they serve. From Dine & Donate partnerships to teams who love what they do, Ballyhoo isn’t just about food, it’s about people. Each concept is guided by the same belief: hospitality is personal. And as Ballyhoo expands, slowly and intentionally into places like Florida, that core value never changes. This isn’t just a restaurant group. Another opening in the books for Ballyhoo Hospitality. 🍣 Last week marked the opening of our 15th concept, a milestone that reflects the incredible people behind this company and the collaboration it takes to bring each restaurant to life. Every opening represents months of planning, creativity, training, problem solving, long nights, early mornings, and teams across every department coming together with one shared goal: creating memorable hospitality experiences for our guests and communities. We’re incredibly proud of our operations, culinary, beverage, training, marketing, design, and leadership teams for the passion and dedication they continue to bring to every concept we open. 2025, what a year it’s been. 🎉 From the UK at Hospitality Tech Expo to the Oklahoma Restaurant Association Expo, wrapping up the Restaurant365 RTT Tour, and so many stops in between, the TipHaus team truly traveled far and wide this year. We connected with industry friends and partners at Prosper Company and served up Chicago French Press® coffee at the National Restaurant Association Show, along with hosting an unforgettable NRA dinner at Ballyhoo Hospitality Group’s Petit Pomeroy in Chicago. 🔥 We also had the opportunity to spend time with so many incredible TipHaus customers, visiting Legal Sea Foods and Broadway Hospitality Group in Boston, José Andrés Group in Las Vegas, The Grey Dog in New York City, bartaco in Boston, Bottleneck Management in Chicago, and THE BRIGANTINE, INC. in San Diego, where we hosted our RTT San Diego dinner. 🍽️ Our team grew in 2025, and even better, we were able to come together in person across the country, from Columbia to Colorado, Texas, and Washington, for team bonding and collaboration. We’re incredibly proud of everything our TipHaus team accomplished this year. 💙 Throughout the year, we hosted insightful webinars alongside amazing partners, including the Washington Hospitality Association, Oracle Restaurants, AllianceHCM, GoTab, Back Office by Buyers Edge Platform, Human Interest, and more.
