As we mark the close of Women’s History Month, we are especially proud to reflect on how we celebrated International Women’s Day across the Arsenal community. Earlier this month, we had the privilege of having women from Arsenal attend the Women’s Private Equity Summit in Phoenix, where we deepened connections with peers and built new relationships across the industry. We also hosted our 5th Annual International Women’s Day Dinner, bringing together the women of Arsenal, our senior advisors, and leaders from our portfolio companies. The evening was defined by thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and the collective wisdom that continues to strengthen our network. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and, most importantly, to the women of Arsenal for your invaluable contributions and leadership!
