Last week we started asking 1 million Aquent talent about their AI accomplishments. What we're hearing is pretty incredible! - A motion designer took a damaged WWII photograph of a plane getting shot down and used AI to animate the scene, complete with smoke and fire, from multiple camera angles. The producers couldn't figure out how it was done! - A content strategist built an MCP-based agent using Claude Code that generates full multi-channel marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters, and audience-segmented emails without a single prompt, cutting 35+ hours of weekly creative work down to an approval step. - An art director built an agent system that tracks ad performance and automatically updates underperforming creative, resulting in 5x output with better click-through and return on ad spend. Our talent accomplish amazing things with AI. -jg

We want to learn more about your AI accomplishments. Our clients' needs are evolving. In addition to typical software tools, they want people who vibe code or create agents to accomplish tasks. We're asking one million of our talent via e-mail to share their AI skills and experiences with us. Tell us your AI skills and we will find you opportunities to use them. - jc

Today’s staffing companies have more sources for finding talent than their own databases. Aquent and Skill recently connected our sixth talent repository in the last 15 months, bringing our candidate database to 300 million worldwide. With more connections planned for 2026, we can make better matches for our clients and bring opportunities to many more people. - jc

A recent HR Dive article highlights Aquent’s 2026 Salary Guide, showing a growing pay divide as AI-driven roles surge. Machine Learning Engineers saw 6% salary growth—more than double that of more traditional roles. As our Founder & CEO John H. Chuang says: “The fastest growing salaries are for roles that combine technical depth with the ability to apply AI at scale.” The message is clear: AI skills are reshaping compensation and the future of work. #AI #FutureOfWork #SalaryTrends #SalaryGuide

Sometimes last minute requests can't be avoided, but that doesn't mean they have to bypass your process all together. RoboHead allows you to build templates specifically for rush jobs so you can set parameters around who can submit them and how they should be handled once approved.

Spent the week in Atlanta with the Financial Services Aquent team 🩷 Days filled with laughter, conversation, and planning. Grateful for our morning with American Express and their creative minds, where this picture was taken, in one of the coolest spaces I've seen in a long time. And best of all, I got to hug all of my awesome teammates in person, especially our great leader Kathleen Ellison - who kept us all (mostly) on task. #Aquent #Creatives #CoolCrew Gerald Garrison, CSP, CIR Mark Gatza Jacki Ryan Melanie Hanson - miss you kids already!

Job titles are losing value as the market undergoes a radical redistribution of capital. Den M., Director of Diversity+, explains why compensation is no longer expanding evenly. Pay is concentrating around skills that drive digital performance and AI execution. Organizations are no longer funding traditional titles. They are investing in skill stacks that integrate AI into core systems and strengthen competitiveness. Want a deeper look at how emerging skills are reshaping pay? Is AI driving progress or just scaling bias? Den M., Director of Diversity+, warns that the efficiency narrative masks a major risk. AI often amplifies systemic inequities found in compensation and promotion data. This hit to roles in HR and client success is not just a DEI issue. It is a business crisis that fuels mistrust and talent loss. To fix this, leaders must audit AI impact on pay, track who automation displaces, and move beyond compliance to treat fairness as a core performance metric.
