Earlier this month, we brought together 90 operations leaders from across all four Amsted businesses for a two-day leadership experience.   The program was led by Susan Lucia Annunzio, CEO of the Center for High Performance and an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and brought together leaders and rising talent to strengthen collaboration and execution across Amsted.   Thank you to Lucia and everyone who participated in making this experience impactful.

What an awesome company! We had a great, collaborative, customized experience on High-Performance Leadership working toward a one-company, growth mindset for Amsted Industries. The holiday season has been in full swing at our Chicago office with back-to-back celebrations! First, we indulged in festive and delicious cookies while showing off our most outrageous holiday sweaters—with a tie for ugliest sweater between Amber Bell and Lila Palasz, who showed up wearing the exact same one! We then came together at Carpenter Street for our holiday luncheon to celebrate the season with great food, great company, and plenty of holiday spirit. It was the perfect way to wrap up a busy year and reflect on all we've accomplished together. Thank you to everyone who helped make these celebrations so special. Here's to a joyful holiday season and an exciting year ahead! 

A few weeks ago, our employees and their families came together at our Chicago office for our Brighten A Day Foundation community event. Over lunch, we wrote and colored heartfelt cards for the residents of Hope Manor, a supportive housing community dedicated to serving Veterans. It was a meaningful way to connect as a team during the busy holiday season while giving back to those who served our country. Thank you to everyone who participated and to Hope Manor for the incredible work they do!
