Fostering Connection & Growth at the 2026 EMP/FMP Summit 🌎 AMETEK's Engineering Management Program (EMP) and Financial Management Program (FMP) associates from around the world gathered this week at our corporate headquarters in Berwyn, PA, for the annual EMP/FMP Summit. The EMP and FMP are three-year rotational programs designed to develop future AMETEK leaders in engineering and finance. Over three days, associates networked and participated in hands-on leadership and professional development activities centered on this year's theme: operational excellence. Associates heard presentations from AMETEK leaders on our company culture, the AMETEK Growth Model, and how we are applying AI across the company. Graduates of the program who are now settled at a permanent AMETEK business presented on the work they delivered and what they learned during their rotations that will help them succeed in their careers. The group also toured the AMETEK STC, Sensor, Test & Calibration facility in nearby Horsham, PA, to learn more about its operations and innovations. Throughout the Summit, associates saw firsthand how operational excellence drives AMETEK forward, with continuous improvement and innovation applied every day to deliver differentiated solutions for our customers. We are proud to announce that Alphasense is the winner of this year’s AMETEK Innovation Award! The team earned this recognition for developing the O2-A2-GLF Galvanic Lead-Free Oxygen Sensor—the first commercially viable lead-free oxygen sensor that delivers the same performance and fit as existing lead-based solutions without requiring customers to redesign their equipment.
