Based on the preliminary survey results from attendees, NETWORK 2025 in Fort Lauderdale was an absolute smash hit. The energy of the attendees, the standing-room-only sessions, and the networking between distributors and vendor members were unmatched by other industry events according to those in attendance. NETWORK has become the premier industry networking event, attended by the industry's leading distributors, manufacturers, and rep firms. In fact, nearly 900 industry professionals from roughly 200 firms representing more than 80 billion dollars in sales gathered here at NETWORK. An industry is only as strong as its trade association. Regardless of how strong the individual firms are within the industry, it is only by speaking with one voice and acting together that we can be successful, and attending NETWORK is a testament to each attendee's commitment to the value of the industry's only national trade association. "It was really rewarding to us to see so many industry members and their senior leadership attend NETWORK. We believe that by attending, they are committing to the future growth and success of the industry. In fact, it is only through ASA that our industry's success can be assured," said ASA CEO Mike Adelizzi. Now that NETWORK ended on a huge high note, we begin working to surpass this event next year in Las Vegas. #ASA #PVF #PHCP

NETWORK2025 Closing Breakfast wrapped up an incredible week with a compelling conversation featuring General David H. Petraeus, US Army (Ret.), USA (Ret.). Sponsored by our Platinum Supplier Partners, the session featured an interview led by past ASA Presidents Kathryn Poehling Seymour and Bill Condron, creating an insightful discussion on global security, economic trends, energy policy, and strategic leadership. Drawing on more than 37 years of military service, his time as CIA Director, and his current work in business and academia, Gen. Petraeus helped close NETWORK on a strong and engaging note. PVF News: Copper and Carbon Steel Updates From the new ASA Industrial Piping Division Materials Market Digest, copper futures are trading at $5.14 per pound, an increase of nearly 7% over the past month. The recent price rally is primarily attributed to supply disruptions following the suspension of operations at Indonesia’s Grasberg mine, the world’s second-largest copper mine, after a catastrophic mudslide that claimed two lives. Additional upward pressure has also come from a weaker U.S. dollar and renewed market optimism over a potential Federal Reserve interest rate cut in December. In response to these developments, a new copper tubing list price was issued at the end of September. #PVF #PHCP #ASA READ THE FULL ARTICLE: https://lnkd.in/gzex8kEA
