"Our Best Asset is Retiring in 18 Months" His name is probably Gary. Or Dale. Or Miguel. He's been here 30 years.  • He knows which pump sounds "off" before the sensors catch it.  • He knows the vendor who can get parts nobody else can find.  • He knows why we don't store certain chemicals next to each other (because of "the incident"). None of this is documented. And he's retiring in 18 months. We were at a refinery recently doing an inventory review. Pulled up a part record. Item description said, "Contact Dale before reordering." Asked who Dale was. Turns out Dale passed away several years ago. That's the plan. That's the documentation. That's what we're working with. We spend millions on systems and technology. But the most valuable database in your facility might be walking out the door with a retirement cake. Or already gone. What's your plan to capture it?

This is the magic that happens when industry expertise meets purpose-built AI software. Congratulations to Mitchell Wallace Matt Allington and the team at StreamLynk Partners on launching a first-of-its-kind supply chain solution for energy. Pairing deep operator knowledge with Vroozi’s AI-powered platform is a game-changer for procurement and supply chain performance. Excited to see the impact this will make across oil and gas.

I know I preach a lot about the power of purpose-built software tools and of course the enormous power of AI, but in the world of inventory optimization none of this is possible without first understanding the clients current reality! Today was a great reminder of this. A reminder to get out in the field, go walk a few hundred steps in the clients shoes and gauge for yourself how ready they are for digital transformation. Go see their stockrooms and talk to their maintenance teams. Are they still in tummy time, crawling yet, just starting to walk, or maybe they’re ready for their first 5K? Thanks Gabriel Chollet for joining me today and helping show the power of our partnership.

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀? Picture this: It's Q4, and your #accountants and #controllers are suiting up for the annual physical #inventory count, armed with clipboards, admin staff, and pizza boxes. Sound familiar? But here's the uncomfortable truth: 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀. 🔧 Can your accounting team distinguish between a gate valve and a ball valve? 📊 Do they understand the nuances of #MRO spares and critical equipment components? ⚠️ Are they trained to safely navigate industrial warehouse environments? The answer is usually no. And that creates two massive problems: 1️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 - Misidentified parts, incorrect counts, and overlooked items that impact your financial statements 2️⃣ 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗲 - Untrained personnel in industrial environments increase liability exposure 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀? Smart CFOs are shifting their approach: Let accountants focus on what they do best—analyzing the numbers, not counting the nuts and bolts. Professional inventory specialists bring: ✅ Industry expertise to identify and categorize complex parts ✅ Proven safety protocols and training ✅ Advanced systems for accuracy and efficiency ✅ Detailed reporting that feeds directly into your financial systems At ALLSERV, we've counted tens of millions of items for asset-intensive companies who've learned this lesson. The ROI isn't just in accuracy—it's in freeing your finance team to focus on strategic analysis instead of warehouse crawling.

IFS Cloud is a powerful tool, but... As in any software, the full potential of it can only be maximized when your team understands how to utilize it efficiently. That's where training comes in. However, training is not just about learning software; it's about equipping your users, boosting efficiency, and maximizing your return on investment. That's where we come in. Our training programs are designed to meet the unique needs of your organization and the specific roles within your team. Contact us today: www.alliantrigserv.com
