Wrapping up another impactful weekend at Coachella with our A+ and Q+ Program Mixer now in its second year and stronger than ever. Hosted onsite inside the Party In My Living Room activation, this gathering created intentional space for participants to connect through meaningful introductions and shared conversations. Participants had the opportunity to form new relationships in real time engaging, building community, and showing up authentically in an environment designed with inclusion at its core. We also hosted a round of bingo, where a few winners walked away with exciting prizes, adding an extra layer of energy to an already vibrant afternoon. As Rhea Roberts, VP of Operations & Community Engagement shared: “Through the A+ and Q+ programs, we’re working to create greater access to an industry that can often feel out of reach. These programs are designed to connect participants with real experiences and people across teams. It’s about creating space, not just for people to experience the festival, but to see themselves as part of the ecosystem that brings it to life.” Moments like this are a reminder of how important it is to carve out spaces where connection can happen naturally even in the fast pace of a festival. Looking forward to continuing to grow programming that centers connection, visibility, and belonging. ❤️

And that’s a wrap on Coachella 2026! 🌟🎶 We are incredibly grateful for the thousands of staff members who make this show possible. While not everyone is pictured, more than 3,200 team members work on-site day and night to bring the festival to life. Many spend over a month on-site, putting in long hours and countless days of hard work to make it all come together. The days are long and the work is demanding, but teamwork truly makes the dream work. Let’s do it all again next year! 🎉
