We delivered strong fourth-quarter and full-year results despite the fourth quarter being our most weather-dependent and seasonally variable period, reflecting the strength and breadth of our portfolio. We closed the highly strategic acquisition of NDS, almost entirely with cash on hand, delivered one of the most profitable years in our history, generated significant free cash flow, returned $155 million to shareholders and continued to invest in the capabilities that will define our next phase of growth. Here are some of the key highlights: · Margin Resilience: We delivered a highly resilient 31.6% Adjusted EBITDA margin driven by favorable growth, product mix, and price cost, as well as operational self-help initiatives and the capital we have invested over the last several years. · Net Sales Growth: Net sales increased +5% to $3.1 billion, reflecting ADS’ strategy to prioritize higher-growth, higher-margin products. · Investor Day: We will host the upcoming Investor Day, which will take place on June 18, 2026 at our Engineering and Technology Center in Hilliard, Ohio. Stratus Village Apartments in McMinnville, Oregon, needed a stormwater solution that could meet strict local and federal water quality requirements, including sensitive environmental standards due to nearby wetlands. Working with the project engineer, ADS delivered a right-sized solution using 16 EcoStream BioFilter systems across the six-acre site. Each unit was placed to capture runoff from roofs, parking areas and walkways, helping treat the full site efficiently. The result: a compact, cost-effective system that meets regulatory demands while supporting a new affordable housing development. https://lnkd.in/eRBWM2Wa
