What does it really take to scale AI across 20+ companies at the same time? That’s what Albina M. shared last week at Gemini at Work Paris 2026, with Google Workspace by presenting how we concretely roll out AI at scale for our 115,000 collaborators. ADEO XP: When Experience Comes to Life Last week, we had the 1st edition of ADEO XP: One full day dedicated to innovation and experience. It was a great opportunity to step back and focus on what really matters: the experience we create for our users, customers and partners. The day was enriched by deep-dive presentations on the upcoming deliveries by the teams, as well as inspiring outside perspectives, from Chef simone zanoni and Emma Orr, who shared their vision and fresh ways of thinking about experience, value and impact beyond our usual frameworks. Ending the day by celebrating teams, impact and real deliveries with the ADEO XP Awards, perfectly captured the mindset of our tech culture at ADEO.
