    Our team did an amazing job last month - they shipped quite a number of product updates, including: * a brand new Capacity and Utilization Report - it's going to help you plan capacity based on actual team availability (all things considered - time off, tracked against estimated time, weekends, meetings..) AND you'll also get to keep an eye on your team utilization rate - to make sure no one's over or under capacity * Add-Ons - a revamped section you can now access by clicking on your profile photo; it looks neater * API token management - so you can generate API tokens more quickly - it literally takes seconds * template subscribers - great if you have recurring projects and want to spare yourself from having to always add the same people over and over again - with this, they'll be automatically subscribed to tasks, notes, and discussions * multi-session Stopwatch - tracking time on a multi-day task, but preferring submitting time entries every day? No worries, you can now submit a time record, and keep the stopwatch active for whenever you need it next - no need to set it up for the same task(s) every day * project-wide notifications - if you want to keep an eye on everything that's happening inside a project, just check the Subscribe to Everything box (click on the three dots in a project's upper menu bar) - and enjoy the many notifications you'll receive🫠 ~ Which one's your fave? 🎉

And we care to make this easy for their clients, too. That's why we upgraded the payment interface - now faster and more intuitive, it's ready for you to receive payments and improve client satisfaction. Your clients can pay you securely using a payment card or PayPal, no matter where they are in the world. You'll also get better insight into your financial health as we added tax filters to the Invoices report, so you can break down and understand costs before taxes, no matter how many different rates you use. And make sure to check the Payments report regularly, for some useful data, like seasonality, top-paying clients, and more.   • Chat and email threads are too noisy for important project information like deadlines. Save the filters you often use as presets to build reports faster. 💫 ActiveCollab Self-Hosted 8: We'll be rolling out updates in batches, starting today.
