I am really looking forward to hosting this 1/2 day workshop at the AACRAO Annual Meeting in New Orleans in April, alongside the brilliant and talented Sarah Reed from UC Berkeley. The workshop will include skill building for using a coach approach, practice with the Learning Circle format, and a guide for workshop attendees to take back home with them so that they can host their own Circles with their colleagues at their home institution.
