  • Strong governance starts with strong information. Join us on 12 March at 4:00 PM ET for an insightful webinar: Governance, Risk, and Accountability: The Role of Modern Document Control in Capital Project Performance 🎓 Earn 0.1 CEUs Confident capital project decisions depend on reliable, accessible, and traceable information. Yet too many teams struggle with fragmented systems, weak audit trails, and inconsistent document practices—creating unnecessary risk, inefficiencies, and even disputes. In this session, Jason Lancelot, Senior Manager, Industry Solutions at InEight, will explore how a modern document control framework strengthens governance and accountability across the entire project lifecycle. Primary Discussion Topics: ✔ The benefits of maintaining a complete and traceable audit trail.  ✔ How enforcing role-based permissions protects your project. ✔ Why there’s no substitute for excellent document controls for ensuring that critical project information is accessible, secure, and verifiable when it matters most. If you’re a project controls professional, cost engineer, or project leader focused on performance and accountability, this session is for you. Reliable data isn’t just operational—it’s strategic. Register today and elevate your approach to governance in capital projects: https://lnkd.in/evEfYN6R

  • Join us on March 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET for: Free Webinar: Quantifying Uncertainty in the AI Infrastructure Boom From CAPEX/OPEX volatility and energy price swings to rapid AI chip obsolescence, data-center investments face significant financial risk. How can organizations confidently evaluate multi-million-dollar AI infrastructure projects in such an unpredictable environment? In this webinar, Manuel Carmona, Risk and Decision Analysis Specialist at EdyTraining, Ltd., will demonstrate how Monte Carlo simulation can be used to model the probability of achieving a target Net Present Value (NPV) for large-scale AI data center investments — and compare alternative build-lease-operate strategies under uncertainty. 💡 You’ll learn how to: • Capture uncertainty that deterministic models can’t represent • Model variability in key cost, schedule, and revenue drivers • Assess the likelihood of achieving target financial outcomes If you’re involved in capital planning, project controls, risk management, or AI infrastructure strategy, this is a session you won’t want to miss. This event is generously sponsored by Lumivero. Register today: https://lnkd.in/eyJY5CyS

  • Meet Aabha Parikh, PMP®, CMIT, a consultant at Exponent working in construction consulting and forensic delay analysis. She spends her days digging into schedules, project records, and all the details that help explain what really happened when a project goes off track. It is the kind of work that takes patience and focus, which makes sense given her background as a black belt in karate. Her path into the field, the projects she has worked on, and what she is aiming for next make for a great read. Take a minute to get to know her: https://ow.ly/kXL350Yiit4
