  • The results of Donald H Taylor's 2026 Global Sentiment Survey are in. What did we learn about how 3,797 people from 105 countries are feeling about the state of L&D? L&D practitioners have never been more ready to prove their value and impact. Upskilling and reskilling remain the biggest “people” challenges. AI is the biggest “tech” challenge. But the message is clear: if we want to close skills gaps and show real value, L&D has to work differently. That means consulting more closely with the business. Designing for performance.
