Most L&D leaders spend more time managing their tech stack than they do managing their people’s growth. If you’re tired of the "admin tax" that comes with scaling globally, this session is for you. We’re bringing together Sarah Celnik and Annie Rose B. (360Learning), Lisa Bopst (SAP), and Ann Hussey (Go1) to show a unified vision that actually cuts the noise. This isn't just a roadmap presentation. We’re looking at a partnership designed to close skills gaps and empower your internal experts to deliver measurable results—without adding another layer of manual complexity to your dashboard. Stop fighting your ecosystem and start using it to drive performance. The details: 📅 March 12th at 11am EST / 3pm GMT 🔗 Reserve your spot for a look at the future of L&D: https://lnkd.in/eKH_YrY2

AI can write a 500-word blog post in three seconds. But it can’t tell a story that makes your heart race. That’s why Merlin Entertainments is joining us at L&D Next London. They’ve mastered the art of "human-only" storytelling—the kind of immersive narrative that drives real engagement (and that an LLM simply can’t fake). Join us at L&D Next Live in London to see how they use narrative to build experiences that stick. 🔗 Register here: https://lnkd.in/ed8afkH3

Collaborative learning is more than social learning. It's a transformative methodology where everyone contributes to upskilling and reskilling. At The HEINEKEN Company, “learn, share, reapply” has moved from aspiration to action — embedded into everyday practice across operating companies, markets, and languages. This is what collaborative learning looks like at enterprise scale. 👇 Huge thanks to Raquel Ferreira and Jodi Josias for sharing their L&D story with us! #CollaborativeLearning #LearningAndDevelopment #Heineken

The results of Donald H Taylor's 2026 Global Sentiment Survey are in. What did we learn about how 3,797 people from 105 countries are feeling about the state of L&D? L&D practitioners have never been more ready to prove their value and impact. Upskilling and reskilling remain the biggest “people” challenges. AI is the biggest “tech” challenge. But the message is clear: if we want to close skills gaps and show real value, L&D has to work differently. That means consulting more closely with the business. Designing for performance. Connecting learning to outcomes. It’s a shift that we find incredibly exciting. And, yes, a little bit challenging. Dive into the GSS report and discover how L&D practitioners are making waves in 'the New World' of Learning and Development. https://lnkd.in/eijczXs2 #GlobalSentimentSurvey #GSS #LearningAndDevelopment #Upskilling #Reskilling #AI

Ever looked at your L&D tech stack and realized it’s just three different tools held together by a prayer and a dozen open Chrome tabs? We’ve all been there. You’re manually hunting for a course in one window while trying to make the design look "human" in another. It’s not "AI-enabled"—it’s exhausting. At L&D Next, we’re getting under the hood with the people who actually build the tools: - Pamela Conway (Intellezy) - Kyle Gagliardi (OpenSesame) - Olga Kazarina (Genially) They’re here to show us how to use AI to handle the "grunt work" (like manual content curation) so you can actually spend your time on the creative stuff that a bot can’t do. What does "performance-driven L&D" actually look like when you're staring at a spreadsheet and a deadline? It’s usually less about complex dashboards and more about knowing exactly which business problem to solve once AI has cleared the admin grunt work off your plate. We’re getting David James, Jess Almlie, Guus van Deelen, and Geraldine Murphy in one (virtual) room to show us their actual playbooks. No high-level theories—just the strategies they use to link learning directly to the bottom line. We’ll be digging into: 🛠️ The L&D Maturity Model (and where your team actually sits on it) 📈 Moving from "running courses" to solving business problems ⏳ How to strategically reinvest your AI-freed time If you've ever struggled to explain your team's value to a stakeholder who only cares about the P&L, this is the session for you.
