I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Investigating macOS Endpoints (Gold) from 13Cubed! This course provided a fantastic insight into the nuances that come with macOS forensics. It provided a great balance between insightful theory and challenging practical exercises. Covering everything from live collection of evidence, to obscure (and changing) forensic artifacts. I highly recommend this course for anyone that wants to improve their macOS knowledge and IR skills. Huge thanks to Richard Davis and 13Cubed for putting this together!

It's time for a new 13Cubed episode! In this one, I sit down with Jaron Bradley, author of the upcoming book Threat Hunting macOS. With the recent release of the new 13Cubed training course Investigating macOS Endpoints, this felt like the perfect time to bring Jaron on the channel to discuss his new book — a resource I believe will be an excellent companion to the course. 🛑✋ Well, that was fast! The contest is now closed, and all 5 winners have been selected and notified. Of course, the challenge will remain available and will hopefully serve as a great study resource for a long time to come.
Here's a special Windows Memory Forensics Challenge from 13Cubed. This is an excellent opportunity to get some hands-on practice with Windows memory forensics. You'll find the questions in the video's description, as well as a link to download the memory sample needed to answer those questions. Watch here: https://lnkd.in/eFZMxkWY We also previously released a Linux Memory Forensics Challenge. While that contest is now closed, it's still a great practice opportunity.
