Hoje falam muito em saúde mental, mas nada adianta se o sistema capitalista que só visa o acúmulo de riqueza não nos enxerga com um olhar humanizado de que quem cuida também tem que ser cuidado. Como também criar estratégias para seu autocuidado. 1- Se desligar das demandas quando não tiver no campo de atuação. 2- Fazer atividades físicas no meu caso faço pilates caminhada. 3- Ter uma equipe alinhada. 4- Pedir ajuda sempre. 5- Entender que não iremos conseguir solucionar e resolver tudo.
