Frequent Check-Ins & Open Communication: Encouraging honest discussions about challenges helps build trust and keeps everyone aligned.

1. Create daily tracker 2. Create task scheduler may be under Teams or Kanban 3. Understand daily hurdle team is facing. 4. Motivate to do tasks and follow ups on time. 5. Find gray areas and help team to mitigate that with help of right resources engagement.

-Keep close contact with each team members and Daily short discussion about the ongoing work and resources requirment, approval and his own opinion for complete the task in time. - Give necessary freedom to the team members to take own decision with just information email. - Provide all necessary support for smooth and safe work during duty like PPEs, transportation, office, canteen, stationary, welfare facility. - All project documents accessible on site for review and discuss and changes. - Toolbox in the morning - Appreciate and give credit to him on time for completed work. - Enjoy the weekend with team without any project work discussion. Ultimately all are need to work for same goal. Even after disagreement on few subjects.

Openness, trust and empowerement. Trust is earned through time, so one has to work on it. Being open about what's going on, assigning clear responsibilities and expectations will help the team building confidence and motivation. Giving around responsibilities without empowerement is useless. Team should have courage and mindset to take initiatives by themself through empowerement. Celebration and recognition is the final step. Every small achievement should be recognized.
