Delivering a project involves the planning of scope, resources, and time. Managing them is a balancing act ... if one changes, it has an impact on the others. Therefore, if scope changes, resources (people, budget, ...) need to be adjusted if the timeline does not change. If resources cannot change, then the timeline will change. The way to manage this is to fully understand the impact of the scope change, develop several options, and work with the project sponsor and stakeholders to align on the path forward.

In my experience, when managing project scope changes we ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality by Change Control Process.This request to be formalised by process,then prioritized[core tasks] with Quality on time even with scope changes. Communication is key and to be transparent with all the stakeholders on these changes. Constant monitoring & control over the changes, risk management is core to identify the associated risks with mitigation plans & contingency plans.

Managing project scope changes is like prepping for back-to-back exams—you need a game plan! With six days to tackle four courses (five units each), I could go in reverse, prepping for the last exam first, giving it VIP treatment. Or, I could do a "just-in-time" approach, brushing up right before each test. Either way, last-minute cramming is a no-go! Quality isn’t about panic-studying and passing an exam; it’s about smart planning, steady effort, and maybe a little caffeine. Even with limited time, quality can be maintained through strategic allocation, consistent effort, and smart time management.

For any of my deliveries I would prepare in advance, will always remember "Murphy's law", and be vigilant about the most important and mandatory acceptance criteria's. Will start evaluating those parameter much in advance because these criteria's determine your cash-flow schedule for projects.
