1 - establish a multi lingual lexicon for all event elements 2 - translators are your friend 3 - due diligence that everyone understands the basic fundamentals of the event 4 - google translate is not your friend … see point 3 5 - complex systems require time to translate .. so schedule appropriately 6 - you are not all knowing .. different cultures interpret information in different ways … do not assume your point is understood ! Check and check again 7 - it’s a privilege to work with different nationalities and cultures , respect them and encourage diversity and inclusion .. don’t do point 7 at yours and the events peril !! 8 - learn from it !

Have them understand the goal of the event too and make sure we are assigning right roles to the right people. Then we can move on to setting clear objectives and responsibilities and communicating with each person or the leaders of each team well. And most importantly, a smile and encouraging nod will keep team spirit high and their motivations to deliver.

Although, it could be blessing in disguise. - Firstly, we need to adress how many language that used on our team. - Then, find the person who can use multiple language to be a liaison. - After, make it the liaison person to lead a brief for the every tasks. - Hereinafter, the idea that mentioned could be the key to keep the productivity high
