In my experience the first thing to achieve is to understand what everyone brings to the table a good exercise to achieve this is to do an appreciation round in a team meeting. This will require each team member to explain what they think is the strength of the colleague that is seating next to them. This can unveil skills that even the person in question has not realized they have and it will provide a clue as to what the team dynamics are.

Une règle que j’ai souvent facilité auprès des équipes est : c’est celui qui sait, qui fait. Cela permet à chacun de contribuer et surtout de prendre les bonnes décisions et actions en fonction de son domaine de compétence.

Gosto da ideia do “divergir para convergir”. A responsabilidade do líder é garantir que isso seja possível, como comunicar antes quais as metas e que toda ideia é bem vinda, adicionando os contrapontos. Isso aumenta o repertório de visão dos liderados, que começam, por si só, a maturar a convergência. No fim, não teremos a melhor ideia de alguém, mas a melhor ideia possível que determinado cenário exige.
