In my opinion the most important thing is to make sure everyone feels heard. Letting everyone put their opinion on the table and encourage them to do so as well. Making sure no one is being blindsided and just because one individual is speaking in a higher pitch doesn’t make their opinion more valuable, it’s just as important as someone with a softer voice. Equality, inclusivity and clear communication is the holy trinity to any successful discussion!
