The real risk? Everyone nods… then executes in opposite directions. 1. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. If it can’t fit on a napkin, it’s not ready. 2. 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗻. If a 15-year-old doesn’t get it, neither will your team. 3. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗡𝗢.” Strategy is as much about what you won’t do. 4. 𝗗𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘆-𝗶𝗻. Silence ≠ agreement. Create space for pushback. Alignment isn’t about consensus - it’s about clarity.
