One of the best strategies is to organize a prize-driven challenge and invite experts to participate. Rewards would be given to those who identify the most critical safety vulnerabilities or find the highest number of bugs in the protocols. This approach uses collective intelligence to uncover potential risks, ensuring the system is reviewed by many specialists. It saves both time and costs, as external experts help reduce internal testing efforts. Additionally, having multiple perspectives increases confidence that the protocols have been thoroughly examined, leading to a safer and more reliable system.

Creating a Safety Culture: Open communication is fundamental to establishing a robust safety culture within an organization or community. It fosters an atmosphere where safety is valued, and individuals feel comfortable discussing safety-related matters. Enhanced Safety Knowledge Sharing: Effective conversations enable the exchange of safety-related information, best practices, and lessons learned. This sharing of knowledge empowers individuals with the information they need to make safe decisions and take appropriate actions. Supporting Collaboration and Teamwork: Open communication promotes collaboration among team members, allowing them to work together in implementing safety protocols and achieving common safety goals.

Keep a dedicated board to collect all related safety concerns/ideas during team meetings, including product oriented ones, brainstorming sessions or even launch/coffee discussions. Set a dedicated person to refine and prioritize them - and communicate them regularly with the team. Let "externals" users operate (in dedicated open-demo sessions) your robot and let the team observe the safety related issues. Go to the first step and re-iterate !
