I also see it as an opportunity. If the client's time zone is "behind" my own, I know that I can use the morning to prepare stuff without getting a call from them. Having in mind the reduced time together, forces me to be extra careful with my time management, so I normally become more efficient in scheduling and conducting client calls. If I have multiple clients with different time zones, I dedicate different parts of my day to the various clients. It structures my day by default :-).
