The best way is to facilitate open communication, actively listen to everyone perspectives, and work collaboratively to reach a consensus decision that prioritizes the client’s best interests.

The first step would be acknowledging the various strengths that each individual bring to the table. Then lead with open communication, active listening, and equal input/insight from each member as you are working on a consensus. Lastly then establishing an agreed upon mutual perspective while highlighting each person's input. I think through this process its important to highlight the commonality that is shared in order to build trust.
