Respect all cultures. (Avoid discrimination and accommodate all languages. You can learn the basics of the language as it relates to you. 2. Explore every possible communication route. (Images and videos, infographics, Diagrams and Flowcharts, etc) 3. Explore communication tools, (collaborative platforms, Video conferencing, messaging apps etc) 4. Use interpreters and translators (translating apps. And even physical translators). Finally communicate regularly and let messages be as clear as day to avoid ambiguity and lastly encourage Feedback mechanism.
