In my experience, Some of them are skeptical because of the following reasons: 1. When they look at data they feel stressed as their own performance is reflected in data 2. Some of the older team members doesn’t want as they think that this data is used against them during reviews Here the key to facilitate change is to be mindful of the language while speaking with the sales team as most of the time leaders look at what’s not working after they see dashboards Second is teaching managers how to analyse data and helping them build meaningful action plans. This as a skill to observe, analyse data and build action plan is one of the most powerful skills which can be build in the sales management team
