Many things to do like communication channels, consistent training and feedbacks but would like to highlight 2 crucial actions from my own experience and perspective: 1- Assign Brand Ambassadors/Champions within each team who can help reinforce the brand voice and strategy. These individuals can serve as points of contact for questions, clarifications, and feedback related to brand consistency. 2- Encourage Collaboration and Teamwork across different departments to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and strategy. Encourage teams to share best practices, ideas, and resources to enhance brand consistency.
