When a product has declined in popularity here are the key things I look for: * Competitors - Is the product being sold by competitors at a reduced price. * Product Placement - Is the product still visible to the customer. * Relevance - Is the product still relevant for the time frame. *Availability - Do we have the correct stock ratio of the item, do we have fringe stocks only. With a few of the points above this would help me make the appropriate actions to ensure that we get a better conversation and sell rate on the product, whilst still making a profit.
