In addition to the ones already mentioned, from my experience, this has worked even for some of the more ‘difficult’ stakeholders: - Regular catch-up calls help align goals, track progress, and get sign-offs. A weekly call works best—short enough to respect their time but long enough to show meaningful updates. - Being honest to the T makes all the difference. No one expects every working day to be a 100% perfect. Transparency about challenges helps set better expectations for future tasks. - Having a corrective plan in place is key. It’s not just about acknowledging an issue but communicating what’s being done to resolve it, ensuring stakeholders feel informed and involved.
