Desde mi punto de vista, me parece perfecto que los consumidores tomen mayor participación en estos temas, al final visto desde un punto de vista de sistemas de gestión esto se convierte en un requisito mas del cliente que es una de las partes interesadas mas importantes de las compañías y con ello empuje a las mismas a desarrollar empaques amigables al medio ambiente.
