Já participei de um enorme projeto de ERP. Dicas: 1-Mapeie com as áreas usuárias o AS-IS(Como é hoje) e o TO-BE(Como deve ficar). Esta etapa é fundamental para o sucesso. 2-Atenção às interfaces! Provavelmente o novo ERP fará interface com outros sistemas da empresa e estes precisam manter a funcionalidade. 3-Execute mini-cutovers (simule implantação) em homologação. Ajudará a identificar erros e melhorias antes da implantação. 3-O cutover (implantação) pode parar o modelo atual por dias. Monte salas de guerra (virtuais de preferência). Tenha um plano de comunicação informando os horários previstos de homologação por equipe (que podem ocorrer de madrugada) e tenha sempre um responsável pela comunicação com alçadas de acionamento.
