Speed is of the essence. Block or freeze your cards within your mobile banking app(s) and dispute the unauthorised charges as quickly as possible. You may be able to do this digitally but many banks currently require a phone call. Be very clear which transactions you recognise and don’t recognise when speaking to the fraud team. Check with any authorised users they haven’t made the transactions either.
