Document everything. if remote, get Fathom to record meetings. When ready with sufficient info to back yourself up, call it out in public with facts backing it. Don't get emotional. The calm one is the one who wins when dealing with narcissistic tendencies. Best is if you can call it out on a slack board. No to be clear you're not to throw the person under the bus, but make it clear that XYZ wasn't your responsibility/agreed on. Suggest coming back to the board for a review together, and agreement. If they give you more work & responsibilities, say yes and on the bases that you get a raise or an assistant to compensate the scope of your work.
