Pienso que lo primero es ver el orden de los acabados. En caso tal de atraso de alguno se debe avanzar con las áreas alternas hasta que pueda estar listo para avanzar. Supervisar también importante porque si algún contratista daña trabajo de otro incurre en gastos extra
