My best suggestion, following the foundations and values of the method I created over 30 years ago, recognised by the USA as unique and revolutionary, is not to rationalise the emission, but to internalise one's own naturalness and vocal identity. To achieve this, all my clients, and patients approach quantum work based on the sound frequencies of our voice. Challenging in what way? Behaviorally? Vocally? Health wise? And whatever category the issue is in, specifically what is the issue? More than one? What are they?

One thing I found helpful is drinking warm tea that’s decaffeinated and adding a little lemon to it that will warm up your vocal cords and help you sing better

Singers with vocal problems come to us from all over the world. Some are anxious at first, and they may show this in various ways, but they know that it is our aim to remove obstacles to their vocal health and freedom, and, along with careful listening, explaining and answering questions, mainting a relaxed a reassuring atmosphere and a healthy sense of humor is important.
