But in my opinion, creating a "link" with the customer, contacting him just to give him information, without necessarily having an ulterior commercial motive, is the basis. Create a link and end up being the person he'll call when he has a question, so he'll call you and not someone else. Personalize your approach, don't be generic, show empathy and listen. Take an interest in the person you're talking to, what they're doing, what they're going through, what they need.
