negative feedback is feedback which is good. This helps you adjust to a presentation which you thought it was perfect and maybe it isn't. It is a live feedback. Ask the person who they are (if you don't know them) and try to briefly understand where they are coming from. This will help you react

If they are getting personal focus on carrying on with your speech and focus on delivering your message without allowing yourself to get agitated. Make eye contact with the audience, engage with them, and smile and speak confidently to make your presence felt in every way. Remember that as a speaker staying respectful is key so never allow yourself to get provoked.

I always prepare to respond and not react to any negative feedback. If it is presented during the middle of my presentation, I will pause, look the person who made the negative remark in the eye and say, "That's interesting, I will address your comment after my presentation". I then proceed with the presentation, unwavered. I expect negative or rather constructive feedback toward anything I say and/or do - such is life. Therefore, I am always prepared to respond to it respectfully on my time and in my terms.
