In addition to the points mentioned above, there are two other considerations. First, after each project, analyze what worked well and what could be improved in terms of QA processes. Use these findings to refine your approach for future projects. Second, implement cross-training for team members to ensure that the team is familiar with different projects and QA processes.

1. We have to ensure that all the team members understand the importance of QA standards and their role in delivering high-quality products. 2. We should establish standard processes for testing, bug reporting and issue resolution. 3. If we have consistent QA, then it helps to identify and mitigate potential risks early in the development cycle. 4. We have to prioritize tasks based on the impact of overall project and severity of the potential defects. 5. We can have regular meeting to review the progress, identify roadblocks and discuss the potential issues. 6. We can provide regular training to keep the team updated on new tools, techniques and best practices.

In my experience, maintaining consistent QA standards while juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines can be tough but by breaking down our projects into sequential tasks, prioritizing them based on deadlines using Trello/MSProject to keep track of progress, this can be done. It is important to document standardized QA processes so that every project follows identical quality benchmarks, using automated testing tools to handle repetitive tasks to save time & reduce risks of human error by regular check-ins to catch issues early. We need to encourage open communication within the team to address problems fast making sure we have the right people working on the right tasks, with a few tenured team members handling multiple roles.

To add to this, given in a remote setup: 1.) Minimize meetings. Have general meetings on Mondays to hit the week's target and forecast, and Fridays for the week's update and for preparation for the following week. Create open-line communication through chat, and use tools like Slack or other SaaS. This creates more time for work. 2.) Set realistic goals. 3.) Rest when needed. Avoid burnout. Burnout would cost you twice the time for work. This is how I help my clients in a work crisis like this.
