Usability is the most tricky - it can get opinion/user based. I’m going to see if there is a generic pattern with the feedback and then prioritise it based on the business use case. While a cosmetic change may come up multiple times across the floor from feedback - I may have some critical fixes that may just have popped up once or twice. I’m going to have a healthy mix of priority vs. occurrence.

Explain to all the parties that more information is needed. Either run more tests or send it for an expert audit from an expert(s) if you have time and money. Don’t put out a bad UI. You will frustrate users/clients and damage the brand.

Personally and as a QA Tester, these are some tactics that have worked for me: 1. Listen to and document all feedback: During sessions, I make sure to listen without judgment, document all observations and avoid dismissing ideas immediately. 2. Give weight to quantitative and qualitative data: I combine feedback with measurable data (such as usability metrics or task time) to support difficult decisions. 3. Create a prioritization framework: I use impact/effort matrices or frameworks such as RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) to make informed decisions. This helps decisions to be perceived as fair and data-driven. 4. Closing the loop: I communicate the results and explain why some ideas were not implemented.
