Primero se debe asegurar que el tipo de trabajo es adecuado para hacerlo de forma aislada geográficamente, si es así hay que plantearse objetivos y manejar la administración como un proyecto y con marcos de trabajo que permitan controlar los avances en los tiempos previstos, scrum es una buena opción. La herramienta digital seleccionada es importante que sea de dominio de todos los involucrados, muy popular hoy en día es Notion. Finalmente, los roles de dirección del proyecto y supervisión que deben estar en distintas personas son importantes para que el trabajo en equipo avance con dirección a cumplir los objetivos, y el equipo tenga apoyo para solucionar los imprevistos de manera oportuna. Algo que utilizo com frequencia com o time com fuso horário diferente é, em meu caso com fuso de 5 horas a menos de diferença para o horário de Brasília é utilizar o período da manhã (no Brasil) para o time se alinhar e definir métricas e estratégias para serem implementadas e desenvolvidas para que, no período da tarde (no Brasil, e no período da manhã na coslta Oeste dos Estados Unidos)realizarmos reunião de fechamento de metas, objetivos e estratégias. Dessa forma, consigo, em meu período da tarde (costa Oeste dos Estados Unidos) analisar o que fora apresentado na reunião pelo time, podendo assim analisar e desenvolver estratégias adicionais para o dia seguinte, que complementem as que foram apresentadas nesta reunião do período da tarde
