Some key points :- If robot is malfunctioning then anyhow its not possible to meet deadlines. Priority is of Sort out the issue with robot. Secondly, get expert Robotic person for few days until the issue will not sort out and discuss this with Client .. It will increase the confidence in client also and he will give you some breathing time too.. Project success is always two way process not one sided..

Analyze reasons of failure precisely and deep look into UAT in parallel. Fix and conduct rigorous UAT. Will take time to fix permanent solution rather short term.

When faced with robotic malfunctions under critical deadlines, I prioritize logical analysis and step-by-step debugging to identify the root cause. Rather than opting for quick fixes that may only offer temporary solutions, I ensure that adequate time is allocated to properly resolve the issue. This approach not only addresses the immediate problem effectively but also helps prevent similar setbacks in the future, ensuring the project's long-term success.

Start by checking power supply and ensuring all components are properly powered and connected. Verify the system's software for any errors or recent updates that might have caused compatibility issues. Review sensor and actuator status to ensure they are operational and properly communicating with the control unit.
