Something that other people haven't mentioned is team alignment. It's not about training - it's about getting people to speak openly and vulnerably about what's most important to them, how they see the future, and share their vision. To have these honest conversations, there needs to be space and a facilitated dialogue to get people to open up. I believe only then will you have a unified message.
