Everyone should voice their opinions and reservations. 2. Understanding the overall goal and objective is important to find common ground. 3. The Team should come together to weigh the pros and cons of each method objectively having the overall goal in mind to be able to make an objective decision. 4. A situation where disagreement still exists, more than one method can be considered thereby having a blend of more than one method as it relates to the overall goal and objective.

Work on your emotions. Do things that help you keep as positive an attitude as possible. For me, it was joining leadership groups on social media and talking to other leaders. Reading leadership books and watching motivational videos on YouTube. Do whatever you need to do to keep your positive attitude. Then help your team with their emotions. If the general mood of the team is negative then it is your responsibility as the leader to change that. Spread your positive message. Keep sharing your vision. Listen to your people’s ideas and do your best to put one or two into action.
