Le non respect des délais ne doit pas forcément devenir chronique car il ne s'agit pas de faire durer ce type de difficulté et donc y réagir dessus en amont. Ensuite, programmer un entretien avec la personne afin d'identifier la source du "pourquoi"; proposer des solutions pratiques évoquées ensemble afin de pouvoir à nouveau s'intégrer dans un travail d'équipe et préserver un bon état d'esprit.

Training can also be done, review the process sheet, investment in tooling and above all, clear communication preferable written communication.
